I’m getting back into the swing of things. And by things I mean exercising again. It’s been a long few months since this girl got her workout on. Ever since I severely sprained my ankle in that surfing accident (read about it here), I haven’t been able to get back to my fitness regimen. I’ve actually tried a few times, but I always ended up with a sore ankle. So, basically this is what my workouts looked like.
