Pucker up and get ready for your new lip crush—MDMflow. Inspired by 90’s Hip Hop culture, this London-based premium beauty brand is the creation of Florence Adepoju. The cruelty-free and handmade lipsticks come in some seriously bold and fun shades, including Vamp (which I need in my life ASAP). I can’t get enough of the gold tubes it comes in. And I love how each of these hot shades has a little story of how it was inspired.
I personally had a chance to try out three shades: Supreme, Bossy, and Di La La. Each one is creamy when applied, but comes to an almost matte finish. There is a little shine in Bossy and Di La La, but please know it’s not a shimmery lipstick by any means. Even after wearing for a while, the lipstick keeps it’s creamy texture…I’m currently wearing Bossy and it’s been on for over an hour at this point.
I’m really impressed with MDMflow and I can’t wait to see what else Florence has up her sleeve. For now, just take a look at the three shades I got to try out below.
From left to right:
Supreme: A bold red shade with bright undertones that I will wear until it’s gone.
Bossy: The perfect nude lip color for my medium skin tone.
Di La La: The ultimate vamp-inspired lipstick I didn’t know I could wear.
